Both covering long-standing professional experience and scientifically based expertise. Their company aims to achieve efficiency gains through technical progress. In cooperation with professional partners, the inventions of the founders – The Shear- and Compacting Baler and The Double-Acting Baler – are to be commercially exploited.

Behind the ideas

Andreas Heinen

grew up in the recycling industry. His family-owned recycling company specializes in ferrous and non-ferrous metals. He graduated with a Master of Business and Engineering degree at Clausthal University of Technology, specializing in Natural Resources and Energy.

Bernd Lowigus

has extensive practical experience in all aspects of scrap processing. He was employed all over the world, among others for Thyssen Henschel, HRT, Shuttel Japan, Akros-Henschel and TSR-Recycling. During this time he acquired in-depth knowledge of scrap shears, shredders, and baling presses.

Double-Acting Baler

The idea is impressively simple: 
In a conventional press, the compressions have to return to their initial position after each working cycle in order to pick up material. In the Double-Acting Baler, on the other hand, compression takes place parallel to the retraction of the cylinders in the opposing compression chamber. Since a press stroke is performed at any given time, there is no idling. This virtually doubles the production capacity. The Double-Acting Baler includes a double-acting first compression and two opposing compression chambers. Due to its constructional and procedural improvements, it achieves maximum efficiency.
